Spring 2011 Survey - off

Unfortunately, despite many phone calls and emails, we have been unable to get a response from the Canary Wharf Management regarding this year's survey. To be frank, it seems that they are not that interested so we may as well call it a day.

Thanks to those of you who volunteered to be involved this spring. Negotiations are ongoing to study another iconic part of London that so far has never been birded regularly but looks like it could harbour a few surprises.

  1. Hello,

I hope this reaches someone who can get me in contact with those involved in the project.

My name is Jacob Lucas. I'm a journalism student at Boston University in London for a few months.

On a recent class trip to Canary Wharf, I stumbled across this project and my curiosity was piqued. I'm very interested to learn more about it and would love to write a story about it.

I've tried to contact David Lindo, but he can't meet with me. I would very much like to speak to Ken Murray and/or anyone else involved in the project.

I must have the story in by next Tuesday, the 8th of October, but the sooner the better. If there are any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.

Thank you for your time and consideration,
    Jacob Lucas
